Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm and check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • AWD or 4WD vehicles are required during winter months and chains are strongly encouraged during inclement weather. The main road leading to this home alternates from gravel to paved. The last stretch up to the home is steep but paved.

  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.

  • Free parking space for up to 6 vehicles.

  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Well stocked kitchen with utensils, cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, ice-maker, and high-speed internet.
